肉碎蛋卷



不是我又要赞自己了,这蛋卷实在是卖相和味到都很好! 加上一点番茄酱,另有一番风味!
The making:
Egg Layer
Beat egg with a bit of soya sauce and corn flour,
Pan fried into a big whole sheet.
Mix the mince pork with salt, saseme oil, a bit of cooking wine, grin ginger, onion and corn flour.
Spread the mince pork on the egg sheet and roll it.
Finally steam it for 20 mins, gao dim :)
eat with ketchup or i think black vineger with ginger also will be very nice
