Someone is going to Buy an Expensive toy!!

话说。。someone who just landed went to a san ka la place to work...and found out that she need an expensive toy to survive...so the someone then call me up to ask about the procedure...so i am trying to be really helpful so that next time the someone can pass the expensive toy to me (day dream la~~ maybe buy over..) So today someone email me and says that she is going to buy an expensive branded toy!!!!kekekekekekeke, which when she leave thje country, she will sell it to me cheaply..(not sure how true is that pun..)
So, i cannot talk much liao...lets wait and see the car photo.....

秋天， 漫步。。。

又要再写秋天了。。。
一阵阵秋风，树上的叶子开始转黄了，街道旁也铺满了落叶。。
如果现在有一个人可以一起手牵手的在公园漫步， 那该多好啊！
女的可以趁机撒娇说冷，这是男的可以趁机表现他的男士风度，把外套脱下来，披上女子的肩膀，或如果可以的话，把女子紧紧地抱着。。。
（如果是冬天的话，男的也因该采你都傻！自己都冷倒死了！！ 那会还有什么风度不风度啊！）
呵呵呵呵呵。。。。 看太多戏了吧！！
但是还真的几浪漫一下的。。。。。。
秋天， 也就只有短短的几个星期。。一转眼就快要过去了。。。
换过来的只有那无情灰暗的冬天。。。
还是秋天比较诗情画意一些....

Heater

This is not the first time i complain about my apartment cold, but since the weather is getting colder and colder, i finally make the effort to read the oiler manual so that i can start to have warm morning tomorrow.
Rain came last week, first thing she complain was "oh gosh!! ur house is so cold!!" I think most probably my window wasn't close tight!!!i lazy to go to DIY shop to buy the foam(somthing like a dounesided tape) to tighten the gap of the windor and door....just again i am lazy although the DIY shop is just nearby my house..maybe until 1 day i cannot tahan anymore, i will go to buy lar!!
now, lets hope the heater works tonight...i pun dunno how to operate it althought i can say i am an expert to read operation manual, but maybe bcos i read too much operation manual, i really have no mood to read it in my house, chin chai lar...cannot work then only read detail lar.. lets see tonight 5pm the heater will on automatically or not....
beh liao, cannot tahan withouth the heater on liao......
my next gas bill will be shocking.......

Credit Card Limits

Today i have been getting calls from travel agent, my secretary and bank!! Apparently, i credited my account bcos i wanted to buy the airticket back home for CNY and that is £733.50! my credit card limit is just £500!!!! and at the same time, i have to pay for my Switzerland/France businesss trip first and then later claim it back.
So! i have 2 big transcation today and ended up the company travel agent calls up n say that they transaction cannot get thro!
iah.....so i ended up calling credit card center and learn that the additional amount that i transfer was still floating (but it already shown in my bank account) so the transaction was rejected! then i have to go thro the procedure to request for higher limits for my cc! after some question and answer, then they give me limit to £1000. Then i will have to talk back to travel agent and secretary to arrange the ticket again and just now i got a call from cc center to confirm the transaction...hihihi i think they suspect some fraud on the card since i have been spending too much in 1 day! but at least...they did their work lar...but also make me make so many calls to explian about the situation...phew! at last it went thro....and i am going home and also going to swiss/france.

OK, finally i make up my mind not to wait anymore!

In order to avoid the crowd, the timing is a bit strange..kekekekek

15th Jan (Thu) 2200 from London to KL, (actually i dun work on that friday :), so better go back earlier and somemore i think the best of CNY is the preparation part)

2nd Feb (Mon) 1000 from KL to London, ( hornestly teh sunday morning flight will be really really full and i know a few people might be traveling on that flight too, kekekeek but i rather take 1 day extra to pok 1 pok, maybe i can have 3 seat in a row free for me!)

Cost... :(((((( £733.50!!!!!! Heart really painful!!!!
But money cannot buy the happiness and re-union of the family!!!
so I am sooooo really happy now :)

Saturday Afternoon, Met Kang Bee for Tea in one of the interesting and stylist place name Sketch!!! Everything is well decorated and i really regret that i didn't manage to took a picture on the toilet, Next time, i will make sure i bring camera to toilet! u will be surprise!

By the way, on the street at the first picture, I met Maggie Cheung 张曼玉！！！！ She was walking hand in hand with her boyfriend!!! waoh!!!!!!! Both me and kang bee just can't stop starring at her until she dissapear at the end of the road. First word we both say is.."She looks old......" ops.......perhaps those photo in magazine really over perfected the star's face :)

刚才，家里的灯闪了一闪 就灭掉了。。
心想，灯泡jeh mar...easy job...
拿了凳子 爬上去 想把灯泡 换掉，
但是这 死人灯泡不知道是怎么样的，拆来拆去都拆不下来。。。
麻烦死了！搞了老半天，才把它拆下，
换上原本还好好的走廊灯泡，
乖乖不得， 一 开灯又sayonara ler...

OMG! Airticket Price increased!!

I am really regret now, I drag n drag for so long that I shd had book my CNY flight long time ago, I see the price change from lowest £650, to £675 and today i saw the price chance to £758!!!!!!
Sakit hati-nya!!!!!!! But i still wan to go home ler and yet i still haven't book it....
die lar....sooooo expensive........will get it done this weekend....iah..wasted lots of uneccessary money.....heart pain.......

爸爸加油！！

爸爸从小就抽烟，他说大从他十几岁就已经开始抽了。。
我们小的时候，总会叫他戒烟，但是长大了，心想爸爸也这么大年纪了，也不勉强他，由他抽吧！
这次回家，看见爸爸身体衰弱了很多，医生说如果不戒烟，情况就会 一直恶化下去，
看得出爸爸有点担心了。。。
他下定决心不抽烟，起初我 并没有看好他，但是爸爸也很有恒心，说不抽就不抽，
今早 打电话回家，妈妈告诉我，他已经连续两个星期没有抽了！
厉害！厉害！
要知道，一个抽了60多年烟的人，是要有多么大的恒心才可以坚持下去！
希望他可以挨过这过渡期！
加油爸爸！！ 我为你感到骄傲！！

小小的失望。。

好不容易才盼望到小雨 终于都回来 伦敦，才高兴没多久就接到她 得消息说她大忙人只会再伦敦呆几天，甚至还不能够过一个周末。。。 大忙人就要动身去另一个site 了。。。。
还是让他自己 迟一些 再向你们报告 他的行踪。。。
而我。。又要再等了。。。。。
我等到花儿都谢了好几回了。。。。冬天也快到了。。。
我们还剩多少时间可以一起去旅行啊？

经济不景气....

本来个人并不是一个很关心财经新闻的人，但人活到这么老了，多多少少也要知道一些吧！
这份份钟还会影响到自己的饭碗的 leh！
近来扭开电视，全都在讲credit crunch! 经济不景气！
英国首先 有Northern Rock Bank 面临倒闭！ 接下来是XL Leisure Group， 英国第3大航空旅游公司倒闭！
接着还有另外一家旅游公司也倒闭了，西班牙一间航空公司倒闭！！昨天意大利航空业面临破产！
昨天最厉害的是美国一家Top 5 Investment Bank, Lehman’s Brother 也申请破产了！
从电视上看到的画面，银行员工一个个的手捧着大盒子从大厦里走出来。。
每一个脸上都目无表情的！可想而知心里面一定会很惆帐吧！
有谁会想到这么大间的Investment Bank, 连WW1 和 WW2 都可以挨过去的，这次会如此 不堪一击呢？
电视还说，传闻美国最大的保险公司，AIG 也陷入了财政危机！而美国另一 间银行 Merlyn Lynch原本也面临着倒闭，幸好刚刚 被Bank of America 收购了！
恐怖啊！！！！
幸运的是自己 工作的这一行，暂时没有受到 什么影响，但仔细想一想，难道金融风暴不会 影响客户集资投资吗？
所幸我现在的公司 最近还拿到新的Project， 而我现在参与的Project， 应该可以tahan 最少3，4 年。
所以我的心 才定一点！但是我广大的与金融和投资工作有关的朋友，你们还好吧？

喜欢秋天，凉凉的风，随风飘下的落叶，还有满山的枫叶。。。
（这好像比较符合日本的秋天。。。。有没有人知道在英国，那里可以看到美丽的枫叶呢？？）
没有了夏天的炎热，也带走了夏天的动力！
留下的是一片片的落叶和一丝丝的伤感。
还是喜欢秋天，因为这个时候的鱼是最肥美的！，
这个时候也是农作物收割的时候！
如果现在是在日本， 一定可以吃到肥美的秋刀鱼 和蚝，
还可以看到满树的柿子！！！
啊呀，人在英国，怎么想起日本来了呢？？
姐妹们，什么时候在动身去日本扫货，浸温泉 和大吃一顿？？？

Where's the power comes from !

你知道吗？英国的火车是靠哪来的电力开动的呢？
（应该不会有人以为是用烧煤炭的吧？除了。。。）
你可能不知道那是靠第三条铁轨来传电的吧！
之前一连串的发生有人堕落轨道中被电灼伤！
灼伤还事小，还有人在轨道上小便被电死！
讲镇，如果不是这几件意外，我真得不知道 在拿行行列列的轨道中，有一些是带电的！
好了，怎样分辨那一些 是带电的轨道？那一些不是呢？
一方你万一不小心掉了下去。你也可以避过那些带电的轨道！
仔细一看，在3条轨道当中，就会有1条的表面特别的光亮，
这就是因为要用来过电的！
所以表面特别的光滑，下次看到了，不要踏上去哦！！
还有一个朋友告诉我的贴士，
下雨天，不要跑道月台前甩雨伞上的水，
哪怕是万分之一的机会，电子会通过水跳跃到雨伞，
而雨伞的柄又是铁做的！那你可能就会oh oh liao loh..~~

Do you know how a train (I mean British train) power up their engine??
( I dun think there is anybody will say is by burning charcoal guah…kekekek)
U might not know that it is actually conducted from the 3rd track of the rail.
Recently there had been a few cases whereby people falls on the track and was burn badly.
Another serious case was a man was electrocuted when he was peeing on the track!
So, how to differential which track is carrying power?
Just in case u accidentally falls on the track, u will be able to identify it and avoid those powered track.
Look carefully on the track and u will see 1 tracks which has a really shinning surface, that was the track that carrying the power!
The shining surface is to provide a good conductivity to transfer the power!
So next time , pls avoid the track with shining surface !
Another small tips from a friend,
Pls do not shiver the water on you umbrella from the platform to the track,
There might be a really slight chance that the electron might jump thro the water to the umbrella holder which was made by metal!
If that’s happen…u will know the consequences…..

Permenant Residence

From the moment i decided to come to work in UK, thousands of people ask whether i intended to stay in UK and get the PR.
By that time, i was in a 1 yr contract and the only reason i came is to get the chance to travel, PR not PR dun even cross my mind.
Now situation is different, I was hired as a staff now and i get a reasonable pay too (according to some references provided by friends la..)
So now, people again ask whether i consider getting a PR here.....
Also a lot of my colleagues do think that the reason i came to UK is to escape from Malaysia.. (how on earth people think that i want t o ESCAPE from msia?? hornestly, i still prefer to go back msia ger wor..UK really that good meh??)
Anyway, back to the topic, PR...
Today, my colleague, a Malay girl from Malaysian who had been staying in UK for 11 yrs was shouting on the phone to the Immigration Home Office.
Her PR application was rejected bcos during her stay in UK, she was being sent to South Korea for a year of commissioning, so she was disqualify from the application.....
She then talk to me saying that I must take care of all this kind of rules..
Apparently, according to the Home Office, In order for a foreigner to apply for a UK PR, He/She must stay in UK Continously for 5 yrs with less then 3 months away from UK in total!!!
After hearing the 3months leave!!! I dun even think of applying the PR anymore cos I am sure i will exceed the 3 month limitation for sure either bcos of my holiday or of my job!
How can anybody not leaving UK for more then 3month in 5 yrs?? It is impossible to achieve that kind of limitation at all....
hihihihi, anyway, i still hold a 5 yrs work permit, dun care lar...i think 5 yrs shd be more then enough liao!
For those especially the ah beng and ah lian that are currently in Ozland, pls check carefully for the PR applciation, dun end up like the malay girl ya~!

冷.......

伦敦天气转凉了！现在只有13到18度。。 我的妈呀！才刚刚踏入九月，就已经这么冷了！！
害我把刚买不久，才用了不到两个星期的夏天棉 被速速打入了冷宫，
赶紧换上冬天的棉被，早知道就不用浪费钱买啦！！！
原来英国的夏天就只有短短的那几天。。。。
这个周末要做的是开箱把寒衣统统都拿出来了。。
天啊！衣橱已经挤到要暴了。。。
都怪自己每一次回家都买很多衣服回来。。怕死英国没衣服穿。。。
还在想，是不是时候要开暖气了？？
有人看了要骂我siaw liao， 9 月开设么暖气啊！
如果是以前，Agent 替我付水电费，早就不理咯！
但是现在一分一毫都要掏自己的腰包。。。
还是多穿一件衣服吧！等迟一些才开咯！
但是现在这间家也是在是有点冷， 可能是应为玻璃太多了吧！总是觉得冷风处处吹。。 (我真的不想用阴风阵阵啦！。。。）
冲凉房更夸张，玻璃窗 大到。。。。。。
夏天就讲可以一面洗澡，一面享受阳光jeh..
冬天。。。我不敢想了。。。。

How to overcome Jet Lag

Surprise! Surprise! I do not have any jet lag this time!
I figure it out how to overcome it easily!
Normally, i prefer to sleep throught out the whole journey so that the time passes fast.
But this time, i stay awake for the last 7hrs trying to adjust myself to the UK time so that i can sleep at the night after arriving UK.
This really work and I did not have any jet lag at all!!
Consequenses, I suffer tremedous boredness on the flight by watching my watch tickling seconds by seconds......that was really horrible!!!!!!

Factory visit to France

2 weeks ago while i was still having holiday back at home, my department secretary email to inform me that i was being chosen to attend a training course provided by one of the biggest instrument vendor, Emerson. OK, nothing special about it since i had been attending training most of my standby time in KBR.
A week later, the secretary email me again asking about my nationality in order for her to prepare my visa. Wait a minute! i tot the training was in my office??!! Later, i found out that I will be given the chance to pay a visit to their factory in Cernay, France in order to withness some testing and assembly of control valve.
waoh!!!!! this time really untung liao, get free trip to go makan agin :)
So, secretary inform tat she will book the flight to Basel, Switzerland! Huh?? y switzerland geh?
I tot it was in France??
Sorry for being so 山芭！For me, I hardly know the exact location for the whole bunch of Europe countries.....
Finally, i manage to fingure out from google map that Cernay(France) was a town that located near to Basel(Switzerland), so I m going to fly to Switzerland and the vendor will pick us up from the airport to the factory :). I am going to spent 3 days there from 15th to 17th Oct.
So at least, i get to go a place in October..
Still waiting for my kaki to come back so that we can go ahead for more traveling soon!
