Mt. Kota Kinabalu

OMG, just the rope that u used to climb up?
Waiting for the sunrise i guess...
This is scary....
The rich of Tropical Flora...
Stairway to Haeven (Just incase u dunno, it is actually a name of a famous Korean Drama )

Well done to those who made it to the top of Mt. KK at 4095.2m!
In my list, I have the most recent achiever Mee Kee, follow by my sister Shang Jia, PPL/Christine/Mui Yee, and Rain!!
Oh..How come all girls but no guy trying to conquer the Highest mountain in Malaysia???
Maybe nowadays man in Malaysia is not as adventurous as girls!!
Cannot really imagine how hard u girls went thro to get it to the top of the peak in the dark.
According to my sister, they have to get up at 3am and start to walk/ hike up to the peak!
She said it was ok when u walks in the dark where u didn’t actually see how dangerous and how close u are to the edge of the cliff…
During descending time, u will get to see how scary it was and by that time u will have no choice but to continue climbing down the cliff…
Look at how Mee Kee descript about her experience
“I managed to climb up to the summit of the KK mount!!! (height 4095.2mtr) and there is certificate certify my achievement, proud right :) Sincerely, I feel so proud of myself after overcome all the challenge (eg: cold weather, strong wind, rain, steep & slippery trail & breathing difficulty & etc) through the climb. This trip is a truly amazing trip as the view is so great throughout the climb, I really don no how to explain...... sometime I have a feeling like I'm going toward heaven, hahah :) "
Look at the breathtaking scene that taken by Mee Kee during her trip.
Amazing ne!!

Summer Though

While i am eating Peach, it remind me about the 2005 summer in Japan. To welcome the Summer, Japanese have the Hanabi season, Hanabi means fireworks! every week in july, there is Hanabi festival all around japan! Incase u do not know, Hanabi show is on for hours, not like malaysia 15mins :). Japanese ladies will dress up their Ukata (summer version of Kimono) and people will bring a lot of food to picnic at the park/ river side to wait for the Hanabi show!!! Oh..the one I went in tokyo was amazing, i think it last for about 1.5 hrs! The weather is warm and we can enjoy beer and food! (the one that me, rain and miao went in Korea was a bit too cold for us, but that hanabi show was great too!! great fun while having hot kimchi ramen and jinro sio ju :))
Anyway, the summer follow by Peaches on the market, Big Momo (peach in japanese)!! really delicious but a bit expensive. Still remember Kato san and Joo san visited TECJ and bring me out for dinner and buy me Momo :). Remember 1 friday night me and Joo san went to eat for dinner in Izakaya, drink in another izakaya, again drink in sara bar, again follow by Hot ramen...... until i cannot eat anything else...but it was fun tho....
Anyway, 2005 Summer in Japan was a very unique memories....
I would love to go back again when i have the money!

A "Present"

When i arrived home after work, i saw a parcel for me, woooh...someone send me a present ka?
but within half a second, i know that is the book that i bought online arrived. Anyway, the 0.5 second of thinking someone senting me something is really really enjoyable tho... :)
Its the book by Candace Bushnell, incase u dunno who she was??

Hahaha..now u must be "ooohhhhh!!!!!"
This book is also being transform into drama and i already watched the 1st seasons of Lipstick Jungle. It is different from SATC, but still fun to watch and i cann't wait for the 2nd seasons to come out in end of september.
I wish i can read it slowly because i already finish all the books that i bought and i am affraid that i had spent tooo much on buying books and all of them lying in my drawer now....
How? re-read them again ka? or sell them in the ebay???
But now i enjoy buying books from internet, free postage, 20% discount from book store and within 2 days it will arrive in ur doorstep.....

Done ^^V

The car is with me now...fast ne, Monday test drive, tuesday take car liao....
Manage to sort out my insurance today and pay the owner the money and pick up the car after work. Easy as just like buying a toy...
Car Plate: W893 UEF...How to buy 4D huh????
p/s...Very nervous to drive the car home as i have no idea about the route....get lost in 1 of the junction, but manage to arrived home safetly :)

Regarding my Lover....

Many people was so curious about my new lover, so i have to make it a bit clearer here so i dun need to explain again and again in YM/MSN/email...
I started to think of having a car a few weeks back that i think since my both my house and comapny is far from the station and i am leaving in outside of london, it is more convenient to own a car...so i start to look see look see around , asking friends and checking the local newspaper....
I also study the cost of driving a car and taking a train.
Apparently, from door to door, my hosue to office is 5.4miles (= 8.7km), so by drining, maybe 15 mins can arrive! but currently, i take about 45mins (18mins walk + 10mins train+5 mins bus+ waiting time!!).
for the cost wise, my train pass cost me £55 per month, but the petrol is £1.30 to £1.60 per liter..so i think full tank can last me the whole week journey and probably cost the same around £55.
Initially, i wanna to buy it b4 winter, maybe in october when it is too cold to walk.
But this car suddently come into picture that a korean friend found it at the London Korean society website, selling off by a korean while he just brought a new car (it turns out to be a BMW whn i went to see my car!)
So he is selling off with the trade- in- to- dealer price £1500. I serch in the market, apparently this car with the same model cost £2000 to £2300 in the market.
So i went for a look and test drive it, everything seems ok and the owner seems trustable..so i called it a deal last night...
now i am sorting out my Insurance...(god!! my insurance cost me £790 since i am using my msian driving license for applicaition....)
Maybe i can collect the car tonight if everything goes well to plan....
muahahahahah..
Excited and Nervous.....

Weekend in Hull

Little Ethan & Annie
Ethan drinking Milk while we are eating Dim Sum
Its my Bed, and he wanna sleep with me ..
Cute Little Ethan
Awh~~ Feel so sad while sending YiYi to train station....

Another AWW long weekend, so I decided to meet Annie in Hull. God!! after 10 yrs, we can just recognised each other at the train station, everything seem still the same except she is carrying a baby boy with her this time.
Times fly...Little Ethan is coming to be 2 yrs old in Sept. Not too surprise, Annie hasn't put on a single inch of fat even after having the baby!!! And apparently she said I look te same as 10 yrs back (which I cannot believe her at all and thinking that she just try to be kind to me jeh..)
Little Ethan is so cute and he loves me so much..he always ask for YiYi even when i am taking a shower..he even bang at my room door when i was taking a nap ( Me and Annie was trying hard to get him to sleep in the afternoon and both of us felt a sleep while he is still awake, so i decided to go to my room to sleep, but he just keep following me and bang my door when i try to escape.... ) Finally, we end up playing his toy in my bed...
So we have been doing the Baby day out thing and guess what? My first time to push a baby car (eh...dunno what it call la....)in the shopping mall and i dunno how to push it up and down the escalator :P What a disqualify Auntie I am...
Last, when they sending me off to the train station, little Ethan cry so loud until i really feel sad to leave him.....
Ehm,...YiYi will try to go again to visit u soon huh... (but the train ticket is damn expensive ler... cost me 65pound for a return trip....)

Some Update...

Trying hard to think of something to update u all, but i couldn't think of any interesting story to share except tat i fall sick during the weekend. The weird thinking came cross my mind again. It scary to think that if something bad happen to me (means I die lah..) no one will notice that until maybe after a few days of not turning up to work, colleuges might start to search for me..and no one actually have my address and knowing where I live....
Pity ne, thinking that alone abroad, but no one will be there when u need help. Ehm....hihihi, sorry for being emotional a bit..
Already started work for 1 month, but i do not have anything to do except reading spec....how long have I not been working properly? I think since last year i came to UK, i have not been working properly.... I affraid that all my skill and capability will gradually gone as I continue laying back like this....i feel a bit upset that I haven't got any chance to work for my best.
ehm.......i hope the project that i supose to involved will kick off soon and what i need is to give me some work to do....
This coming weekend, I am going to travel far to Hull (about 4 hr journey from my house) to visit a long old friend which I haven't met since 1998! This time i am going to met not only her, but also her little boy too!!! Things change a lot over the pass 10 yrs where we used to study together and she is now a mommy....
Excited although the train ticket for traveling inside UK cost me more than going to Paris and Brussels!! Unbelievable!! but no choice la, have to catch up with old friend mar!!!
For those who knows Annie, i will snap her photo to show whether she put on weight after giving birth her son :)

Purple Again.....with some apples..

Lavender Field Visit

Initially, I wanna go somewhere with a bigger lavender field but those places can only be reached by car, since I dun have a car, I found something that can be reach by public transport. Infact, it is a back yard of some housing area in Carshalton Beeches, which is not too far from where i am staying.....Although it is not a big purple field, but at least better than nothing right..

Today is the last day of the field open to public. Even I am not feeling very well, I still decided to go bcos i really want to see the lavender field.

Luckily today weather is good! Sunny spell and gentle breeze. We can harvest our own lavender. For the bunch that i am holding in the picture, I pay 2 pound for it. Not bad huh!
I enjoy the relax feeling of cutting lavender under the sunshine with the smell of lavender in the air........
Ah~~~~ what a lovely sunday morning I had......
