So, did u notice that you actually working free for the company on 29th feb? You get the same amount of pay eventhough u work 1 day extra on 29th feb :P

The American Idol, Season 7- My Favourite Contestant

U know, people alone abroad got nothing to do and the most common thing is to sit in front of tv everytime...(ok, i admit that i am a couch potato even if i am in KL). So, i watched the American Idol Season 7, Top 24 contestant first show last week. I came across this lovely girl name Ramiele Malubay. She has a bit of asian look (personally i think she look and dress like japanese). Small tiny body size with a very big voice!!! I really like the song she sang and i watched the repeated show on tv twice, not that i purposely want to, but it just happen when i was there. Although i am not going to vote, but hope that she can sail thro the season!
If u have a chance to come across the show, pay a little bit more attention to this gorgeous girl!

My Europe Trip, 7~10th Mar, Switzerland

Sunday, we didn't have any plan to go out ...except i went out to the nearest shop to buy some sugar :)
Since it is a sunny morning, we move out laptop out to the living hall and open our window and curtain, trying to do some sun bathing (ok...sun bathing in our living room sofa :P)
While we was chit chating and sudently a strange idea came out...
We made our decision to go Switzerland on 7th ~10th March :), just to take 2 days off since we donn't know how long more we are able to stay here :(
So, we check through internet, trying to find some good budget aitticket and hotel.
Finally, we manage to booked Swiss Airline with a return price at 108.30 pound.
The we proceed to check those places we wan to go and finally we decided to stay 2 night at Interlaken at 54pound per person and 1 night in Lucerne at 20pound per person. We plan to go to Mount. Jungfrau(少女峰）, the Higherst mountain in Europe (4158m).
hihihihi...cann't wait to go switzerland as it always been my dream place to visit..

After a heavy lunch, we decided to eat something light.
So, lets make sushi.
My version of fusion sushi :P
Ingredient:
seaweed, Japanese rice dressed with vineger and sugar, cucumber, avacador, friend egg, crab stick and sweetcon.

Saturday Brunch

Starter: The Chinese New Year Yee Sang, Thanks to Anne (PPL's GOOD friend!!)who sent it over the new year goods (年货）from Malaysia!!!
Main Course: Bak kut Teh with mushroom, vegi and garlic rice
Dessert: Soya bean paste with barley (腐竹薏米糖水）
Rain! we keep back some ingrediant for yee sang and will wait for u to come back to lou sang with us!!!!!! Pls come back as soon as possible!

This weekend

This weekend, I am going to stay at home. I am inviting 6 person to my house for a saturday lunch and i am going to cook bak kut teh :)
No plan for sunday, probably will do some reading and cleaning of house.

Japanese Food in London

The Dinner set came with sashimi..yummy yummy

Miso chasu ramen...ehm...cannot compare with japan taste
Walk by China Tow, the chinese new year decoration is still there! So, just wan to give a quick snap to share with u all

Friday afterwork, we decided to go to Soho for japanese food as the celebration of chap go mey (the 15th day of chinese new year...)
Anyway, it is obviously a brilliant excuse just to ease our japanese food desire :P)

The British Musuem

Last sunday, our original plan is to go to Greenwich. Unfortunetely due to the Engneering work at the underground and overground, we didn't manage to go greenwich. So we decided to go to British Musuem since the weather is cold and we dun feel like walkng outdoor.
The musuem is huge, we spent half of the day just to roughly browse thro some area.
Wanted to go back next time when i have the mood and time.

Luckily, still manage to lou sang since it sill chinese new year..hahaha..at least i did it once neh....must do at least once a year geh mar.... :P

My High School, 我的母校

Actually, My high school is really big, During my time, its about 4800 students. We had 15 class of form 1 and each class have about 50 student!!!!! I get lost in the school during my first week and i can only remember the way from my room to my classroom :P

School Hostel, where i used to stay there for 6 yrs!!!!! (i remember the door for girls's room used to be pink, y it is blue now?) Corridoor and stairway is always the place for all the students to burn their mid night oil. A room with 4 double decker bed sharing for 8 person. I cann't remember how many time i cried in my bed when i first left my family to stay in this big family when i was just 11 yrs old. Hostel life is really meaningful as it helps me to become an independently and self discipline person, to know how to share and live with others.

Hornestly, I am very proud of myself graduated from this school.

U will never imagine the work and tests that we had in this school and yet we manage to enjoy ourself with all kind of activities. It just so amazing that we all made it through the miserable 6 yrs.

I left school in 1996 and seldom go back ever since. I will love to visit my school again when i go back this time. I really miss my time there, although i used to hate the school when i was studying there. But now, I really appreciate everything that i learn and develop there.

I love my school!!!

Another Wedding Bells Ring..

Today, i got a message from one of my best friend, annoucing to me that her wedding will be on 22nd Nov 2008! Aow~!! so sweet, u 2 finally decided to tie the knot after 7 or 8 yrs of long run! I am really happy for you! I am the one that who standing next to you, seeing you relationship start and grow over the years and i am proud to say that i had been there giving all the support for those up and downs that u 2 went thro.
Finally, i can hear the wedding bells ringing.
I am so sorry that i might not be able to be there attending ur wedding. I am sure u know how much i really want to be there, once again to be ur ji mui and seeing your dad hands u into ur husband's hand.
Life is still full of hope when we see something good work out finally. I am so proud of you making your decision and really work hard into it! You deserved the love and the blessing!
Anyway, I wish you all the best and Congratulation to both of u!
