Sunday Late Lunch with friends

Asparagus Rolled with Bacon
Easy ne, just roll the bacon around asparagus and fix with toothpick.
1. Boiled the asparagus but dun make it soft, crunchy is good. Rinse it with cold water so that it stays green and crunchy.
2. wrap it with bacon, not too thick, Cut half for 1 slice of bacon.
3. Pan fried it until the bacon turn brownish and crispy. Yesterday i try to bake it but it was not good cos the asparagus get dehydrated and become really soft and the bacon soak in the water become not crunchy.
Happy trying!!! Its easy and tasty and best for party finger food or appertizer.
