The West Lake, took us 1.5 hr walk in the morning, tired but as u can see, it worth the walk!


We are staying in the Interlaken West, small town at the bottom of Mt. Jungfrau. Lovely beautiful town. Must walk around the lake in swiss, All of the lake are breath taking!!!!!

Journey to the Mt. Jungfrau from Interlaken Ost took about 2.5hr and cost me Swiss Franc 180 (about 90 pound!!!!!) Although it is expensive, but it really worth to go up and the scenery along the way was really breathtaking!!!!!!!!!

I went to the top of Mount. Jungfrau, The highest mountain in Europe.
It is amazing, but maybe the altitute is a bit high and the oxygen level is low, i feel a bit dizzy after we walk around. Overall, the expereince was amazing!!!!!!

Colourful Swiss Franc

So, since i am going to switzerland this friday, I went to change some swiss franc. Look at it! It is so colourful!!! Like the money in monopoly :P

Sunday Late Lunch with friends

Asparagus Rolled with Bacon
Easy ne, just roll the bacon around asparagus and fix with toothpick.
1. Boiled the asparagus but dun make it soft, crunchy is good. Rinse it with cold water so that it stays green and crunchy.
2. wrap it with bacon, not too thick, Cut half for 1 slice of bacon.
3. Pan fried it until the bacon turn brownish and crispy. Yesterday i try to bake it but it was not good cos the asparagus get dehydrated and become really soft and the bacon soak in the water become not crunchy.
Happy trying!!! Its easy and tasty and best for party finger food or appertizer.

UK Mother's Day

Do u know that UK celebrate mother's day on the first week of March???
Unlike us, we celebrate it on the 2nd week of May.
So i have to remind myself to buy a Mother's day card and keep it till May to sent it to my mom, cos I will not be able to find a Mother's Day card by then :P
