I found this cheapest way to call internation call.
By register to VOIP, i can call back free to all Malaysia landline, 0.01 euro per sms to msia mobile and 0.048 euro to call to msia mobile. Futhre more, u get to call many country free!

p/s when u got my sms, u can actually reply that and the message will sent to my mobile! but not sure how much u will be charged..probably RM0.20 per sms....
